Privacy Policy for Monster World - The Dawn

This Privacy Policy explains how Monster World - The Dawn ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Game on mobile devices.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Monster World - The Dawn, including guest play, provider sign-in, online matchmaking, cloud restore / switch-device features, rewarded ads, and in-app purchases.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Game, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

A. Account and sign-in information

• A Unity Authentication player identifier for guest or linked accounts
• Authentication tokens provided by sign-in providers when you choose Google or Apple sign-in
• Basic account information made available by the selected sign-in method
• Email address when provided by a sign-in provider and permitted by you

The Game currently supports guest play through Unity Authentication, plus optional sign-in through Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for account-based restore flows.

B. Profile and gameplay data

• Chosen player name
• Avatar / cosmetic selections
• Currencies and in-game resources
• Owned monsters, heroes, items, eggs, and cosmetics
• Team lineup / selection data
• Mission progress and onboarding progress
• Match settings and gameplay state required to run the Game

C. Device, app, and network information

• Device type
• Operating system and platform
• App version / build version
• Session state and login status
• Network status and connectivity state
• IP address or similar network identifiers processed by service providers

D. Multiplayer and matchmaking data

• Matchmaking metadata
• Match configuration
• Team / participant metadata
• Selected gameplay loadout needed for the match
• Online session and connection information

E. Purchase and advertising data

• In-app purchase product identifiers
• Purchase status and transaction result information
• Rewarded ad completion status

Payment transactions are processed by the applicable app store or payment platform, not directly by us.

3. How We Use Information

• Create and maintain your guest or linked game account and session
• Authenticate sign-in and linked accounts when you choose a provider login method
• Save and restore progress
• Support switch-device / restore features
• Run online matchmaking and multiplayer battles
• Deliver gameplay, rewards, purchases, and rewarded ads
• Prevent misuse, fraud, and technical abuse
• Maintain app security, stability, and performance
• Provide support and respond to player requests
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How Information Is Stored

Monster World - The Dawn uses a mix of local device storage and cloud / online service storage. Some game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app, clear app data, or overwrite it through gameplay or account actions.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or allow processing of relevant data with third-party service providers strictly to operate the Game. Based on the current Game implementation, these may include:

• Unity Gaming Services
• Google
• Apple
• Unity Ads
• Photon Fusion / Photon services

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game and requested features, maintain guest or linked account continuity and restore functionality, resolve disputes, protect the Game, and meet legal obligations.

7. Deletion and Your Choices

• Stop using the Game at any time
• Remove local game data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data on your device
• Disconnect or stop using linked provider sign-in methods, subject to platform limitations
• Delete your current account from inside the Game through the in-app Delete Account flow in Settings
• Use our account deletion page if you cannot access the Game or if the in-app deletion flow is unavailable

Guest accounts are still game accounts managed through Unity Authentication. The in-app deletion flow is intended to remove the current Unity Authentication account, current Cloud Save data, and local account-linked game data controlled by the Game whether you play as a guest or through Google / Apple sign-in. Store purchase history maintained by Apple or Google may continue to exist on their platforms under their own policies.

8. Children's Privacy

Monster World - The Dawn is not intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you intend to target children or mixed audiences, obtain legal review before publication and configure your store audience settings accordingly.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information used by the Game. However, no method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Processing

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country or region by us or our service providers, subject to applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

The Game may rely on third-party services and SDKs. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. You should review those policies where relevant.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at the published Privacy Policy URL with a revised effective date.
